- Where is the conference being held?
The techsummit.travel 2024 will be held in historic downtown Savannah. With us as your hosts, you will experience the true meaning of Southern Hospitality and all that Savannah has to offer. It will be held at the Hyatt Regency overlooking the Savannah River from December 1, 2024, to December 4, 2024.
- How do I get to Savannah?
You can fly into the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport and, from there, catch an Uber, rent a car, or hop on a shuttle. If you’re traveling by car, Savannah is easily accessible via I-95 or from the west by I-16.
- How can I engage with ITI Digital on social media?

- Will there be any evening activities after our days of learning?
More information will follow. However, we will ensure you will have enough time to explore Savannah. Start exploring Savannah here!
- What is the cost to attend?
The cost is $650 for a single attendee. If you have three or more staff members attending, the Group Rate is $600 per person. Don’t miss the Early Bird special! Register by August 1, 2024, and save $175 per person.
- Can multiple people from my organization attend?
Yes! All staff members from your organization are welcome to attend. Attending as a team fosters collaboration, ensuring everyone is aligned and can implement new strategies cohesively, leading to more effective and unified marketing efforts.
- Can I invite my peers from other destinations?
Absolutely! We love to connect with people from all destinations! Send their names and email addresses to techsummit@iti-digital.com and we will invite them.
- What if I have food allergies or other dietary restrictions?
We will offer vegetarian options for our catering. If you are vegan/gluten-free please email techsummit@iti-digital.com so we can accommodate your dietary needs.
- When do I need to register? Is there a cut-off or an early registration discount? Can I register on-site at the event?
Early bird registration ends August 1st, 2024! Registration will not be available at the event; however, online registration will be available through November 8, 2024. We have a limited room block available at the Hyatt Regency; register and reserve your room as soon as possible to ensure you have a spot with us!
- What are the conference hours?The conference will begin with a reception on Monday, December 2, from 5 PM to 7 PM.On Tuesday and Wednesday, breakfast will be served at 7 AM, with educational sessions running from 8 AM to 5 PM, and a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM.On Thursday, breakfast will be at 7 AM, with activities running until 11 AM.

- Do any of the sessions require a reservation other than conference registration?
No, the sessions will be included in your registration fee.
- What weather should I pack for?
Leave your flip-flops and sandals at home for this trip! The high temperatures reach the 60s and will rarely go below freezing. A light coat, boots, and pants will be perfect!
The average temperature in Savannah, GA, in December typically ranges from a low of around 42°F (5.5°C) to a high of approximately 64°F (17.8°C).
- Do evening activities have additional costs?
We will have optional evening activities for those who want to participate. There may be costs associated with the activities. More details are coming soon!
